On 1940-07-29, Pilot W J M Scott (Flying Officer, RAF) with servicenumber 70611 flew a Spitfire I with serial N3100 for this duty: Patrol. His mission was not completed. Circumstances of the aircraft loss: u/c collapsed on landing. This aircraft was a part of squadron no. 41. The location for the map is the English Channel. Circumstances at the end of this mission for Scott: he was safe. There is no commemoration location known.
