Blenheims of 2 Group attacked German troops, columns and communications in the same general area of Northern France every day, using the same tactics. 355 sorties were flown and 23 Blenheims lost.

29 Hampdens and 8 Whitleys were sent to military objectives in France but only 15 found suitable targets. 1 Hampden was lost and another hit a balloon cable at Harwich, crashing and setting fire to a flour mill on the docks.

FRANCE, BELGIUM, HOLLAND
163 aircraft - 65 Wellingtons, 64 Hampdens, 34 Whitleys - attacked a wide range of communications targets. Some of the Hampdens bombed Boulogne and Dunkirk docks and airfields at Flushing (Vlissingen) and Ostend. 1 Wellington lost.
