Today a large update (v1) of the database has been completed.

72.938 records has been added to Back to Normandy. In a print: many books with information of the flights from to the UK to occupied Europe. You don't want to carry it.

An overview of Allied campaigns - day by day - has been added to individual flights from RAF stations in the UK. The reader now can see what happened on that specific day: for the crew, for the squadron, for the group, their mission, their collegues, the number of crashes, etc.

It was an intensive work for a number of months, with many difficulties to solve. For example combining 4 different databases to one readable database according the concept of Back to Normandy.

It was a mission for me. But what is mission compared with those who did the real job?
