At the date of 16-09-1942, time: not known, the aircraft type Stirling has been lost. The location of the plane was found at: IJsselmeer (10 km NW Harderwijk). The unit of crew and plane is: 15 Sqdn. First flyer rank: Pilot Officer, name: L.W. O'Hara. The plane belonged to the Allied forces.
