At 27th November, active patrolling went on and unearthed a little pocket west of BLITTERSWIJK - this we were going to deal with in the afternoon, when suddenly, and most unexpectedly, a Battalion of Royal Ulster Rifles from 3 (Br.) Division appeared to relieve the HLI.
