His mission was not completed. Circumstances of the aircraft loss: shot down by enemy fighter 2 km se of Rips (Municipality Milheeze). This aircraft was a part of squadron no. 439. The location for the map is Rips Netherlands. Circumstances at the end of this mission for Angelini: he was killed, his body was found in the wreckage. He is commemorated at: Groesbeek Canadian War Cemetery Netherlands
