The story
On Monday, 17 August 1942 a Vickers Wellington IV, nr. Z1409, code BH-A of the 300 squadron (RAF), took off for a mission to Osnabruck in Germany from a station (airfield) in or near Ingham. The Vickers Wellington was shot down by night fighter. Aircraft crashed at Emlichheim, Germany near Coevorden, the Netherlands
