Alt Name: --. Opened: 1916. Status in 1944: RN HMS Buzzard. RAF. 11 Grp. Fighter Ops. Current use: Agriculture. Remarks: No 8 AAP in WW1. Civil airfield from 1920 but requisitioned during WW2. Closed 1974. Some buildings remain - industrial estate and housing now encroach the site.
