June 2014 will mark the 70th anniversary of the largest miltary operation in history. The liberation of Europe by the Allies on what was to become known in history as D-Day.

The Normandy Veterans Assosiation (NVA) the organisation representing those who took part in that momentus operation will fold on that 70th anniversary.

But before the NVA disappear into the mist of history they want to leave a permanent legacy in the words and testaments of their surviving members of their galant and heroic actions in the Normandy Campaign. They plan to create a DVD containing live interviews with Normandy Veterans telling their own stories of D-Day. These interviews will form a vital and irreplacable archive of the reality of Operation Overlord.

They need your help to create their legacy before they all fade away.
